SAWMILL
The journey begins at the sawmill, where logs are cut into manageable sizes. This initial step is crucial for setting the high-quality woodworking, allowing us to select the best wood for further processing.
KILN DRY
Next, the wood undergoes kiln drying, a moisture removal process. This step stabilizes the wood, preventing future warping, shrinking, or swelling, ensuring the longevity and durability of our products.
BASE MOULDING
Base molding shapes the wood into its preliminary form, preparing it for more detailed work. This process allows us to start defining the product’s final shape and size, ensuring precision from the outset.
CROSSCUT
The crosscut process involves cutting the wood to its precise final dimensions. Accuracy at this stage is paramount for the fit and finish of the final product, guaranteeing that each piece meets our strict standards.
FINGER JOINT & MOULDING
We join smaller pieces of wood to create longer, more durable sections, enhancing the strength and aesthetic appeal of our products. This step also includes additional molding for detailed design work.
QUALITY CONTROL
We try our best to maintain and control each product. The wood delivered has passed advance processes in every stage precisely. The top-quality control with heart is ready for the packaging and shipment.
PACKAGING & SHIPMENT
